It might be a couple of options: TVs from various manufacturers often come with only 100mbps Ethernet ports. WiFi provides real speeds, or you could use a USB adapter or a device like an Apple TV or nVidia Shield. Talking about alternatives, the built-in Tizen apps aren’t very strong, and set-top boxes usually offer better performance. A good soundbar with an optical port could work too—try it instead of eARC to see if it helps.
I believe the demanding video with its black background and static effects might have contributed to the stability issues. Switching to other videos has eliminated dropped frames completely. I plan to explore an Apple TV. Initially, I intended to use it but later chose against it because it already supports airplay and the apps I need. It has optical input, but I thought eARC would be better.
