Reviewed the PC BIOS recently and saw my RAM was set to an incorrect speed. Changed it to 3200 and now games crash when launched, but work fine after restarting. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not every RAM stick supports the XMP speed. Many can, but some boards have restrictions and variations in chips that prevent reaching 3200MHz. You might want to test your RAM on another machine to check if the issue lies with the sticks or your motherboard. If it's the board, updating the BIOS could help it run at full speed. Good luck!
