I've checked Google for ways to resolve this, but I couldn't find a solution. The issue started after installing the latest firmware on my MSI MEG X570 RGB board. The video guide seems helpful, though my RGB lights stopped working completely afterward. If anyone has a fix or knows someone who faced the same problem, please share. Thanks! Best regards, TheMaxReaper

Wait for the latest software release, or avoid using color modes.

Hoping the update is the best choice since I can't use RGB and it's not lighting up at all. I'm not upset with MSI for this issue, but maybe they should verify the firmware before releasing it. After checking the comments, I realize I'm not alone in this problem. Thanks for your reply.

You should avoid relying on the RGB header on your motherboard for external RGB controllers. Until you obtain a separate external unit, don't use RGB.

They’re not the headers, it’s the RGB lights built into the board. I’m asking about what looks dark, offline, or dead.

Consider using an ASUS motherboard.

Same here, updating the bios on my x470 Gaming Pro Max and turning off all the lights. I gave up and stopped doing it, though I was really upset at one point.

I still enjoy MSI because I like bugs—especially the creepier and gooier ones.

We can only wait for the MSI to resolve the issue. The answer to your question is no. There are no files to address.
