If a used Intel Core i7-8700(K) processor isn’t available, then consideration should be given to an Intel Core i7-9700(K), or purchasing a new Intel Core i7-8700(K).

Then you're going to have to run with an fps cap - 60, 90, or whatever works, until you can afford to do so.
