High performance under full load capacity.
Hello everyone, after installing the new PC, I encountered some performance problems with my 9700k under heavy use. My user benchmark is attached for reference. Recently, during intense gaming sessions, the CPU usage fluctuates a lot, causing stutters and freezes. The 3D mark score is significantly below average. I have a custom loop running, temperatures and airflow are normal, but it reaches up to 75°C during load. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Also, I’ve checked HWmonitor and all cores report around 4.6GHz, voltages are stable, temperatures and loads are within normal ranges, just with frequent variations. Thanks ahead!

Userbenchmark isn't very reliable. I don't notice any clear signs like "hey I'm underperforming" there, unless background programs are affecting the CPU rating. As noted before, using single-channel memory reduces performance. If you're not performing well, it might be easy to verify with Cinebench R20 and compare your results with other 9700k tests, as well as playing games at specific settings and checking against YouTube comparisons. There are likely many examples showing different gaming scenarios.
Check for unnecessary processes running quietly in the background. Launch Task Manager, go to the Details section, and focus on the CPU column to sort tasks by usage. Ideally, you should see around 99% idle when your system is not active. Background jobs that don’t need attention can disrupt smooth gaming performance.
