High performance settings for 5600x processor
It's beneficial, adding 100 or 200 boosts performance only slightly. It may not significantly increase power usage because the default settings are already subpar. Zen 3 performs quite well in terms of CPU.
I observed 5600X at 150W for PPT with PBO and ,CO; performance improved slightly when using a static clock.
