The specs at 1.35 or 1.2 are significantly better than expected, particularly without a high-end motherboard featuring a 6+2 phase and a three-stage power setup. Impressive!
Verify the cooler setup properly, abandon it if needed, and opt for an aftermarket model. Consider adjusting the voltage settings as well.
