High-performance Ryzen 3 3100 OC reaches 3.8Ghz while gaming with a liquid cooler running smoothly.
I updated my Ryzen 3 3100 to 3.8 and used a NZXT Kraken M22 for cooling. Idle temps hover near 60°C while fans and pump run at half speed. During gameplay, temps climb to 90°C except in menus. After replacing the thermal paste, temperatures stayed the same until I switched off Rainbow Six Siege, then dropped to 75°C. Could this be due to the paste placement or something else? Need advice on next steps.
