The system runs an i7-9700k processor with liquid cooling, using an Inno3d 4060 8GB RAM module. It comes with a Seasonic Focus GX 750W power supply (80 Plus Gold, 90% efficiency). The game is League of Legends. In the late stages of the match, around 20-25 minutes in, FPS drops occur, which is unusual. I've been overclocking the GPU with Inno3d's TuneIT software, enabling max settings and vertical sync. I've adjusted the control panel settings to push performance further, but results remain unchanged. The drivers are up-to-date and installed cleanly via DDU. Temperatures stay within safe limits, neither the GPU nor CPU exceeds 60%. The PC was recently replaced after my older motherboard and GPU failed, which may have contributed to the instability. I suspect the power supply unit could be the root cause, though I'm unsure how to test it. The new components have not caused any crashes or performance issues. I've run FurMark and stress tests, and CPU temperatures stay below 65% under load. With this setup, I'm hoping for a smoother gaming experience, especially since the game isn't demanding much.

Is your GPU positioned upright? Your brother's system faced a similar problem just two days prior.

I don’t think you’re running low on memory. It would be easier if you had an open browser and other items, especially when you’re focusing on the later stages.

It seems like you're wondering if VSync might be the problem.

no vsync only makes it appear smoother, without it the frames change too much and it becomes chaotic

If you're using any MSI control software, remove it. Consider trying ThrottleStop 9.6 from TechPowerUp. Capture the main window, FIVR and TPL interfaces. Enable log file logging and run a game for 15 minutes. Include the log file in your next update. On non-Z boards, power or current limits may default. Share detailed information and we'll try to resolve the issue.
