Hey there! I’m curious if anyone else faces this same issue and knows how to resolve it. I’ve been using the performance overlay from NVIDIA. Tried games such as Destiny 2, Call of Duty (Multiplayer), Lost Ark, Far Cry 5, and Apex Legends. In all these titles, my settings are set to "high," which should perform well given my PC specs (3070ti; Ryzen 5900; Corsair Vengeace 32GB 3600Mhz). The FPS remains between 120 and 165, with a custom cap at 165 due to my monitor’s refresh rate.

The strange part is that the "99% FPS" often drops to 20, 50, or 60, while the regular FPS stays around 120-165. The performance feels less smooth during those drops, and there’s a slight stutter when it happens. There’s a link with screenshots from HWiNFO if you need more details. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Yes. However, a friend with comparable specifications (running Windows 11) hasn't encountered any problems.

An AMD fTPM issue impacts Zen3 CPUs on Windows 11. This may lead to the problems you're experiencing. AMD has updated the AGESA 1.2.0.7 for motherboard manufacturers, which addresses the fix. However, some have already released initial beta firmware while others are still pending updates. Verify your motherboard's website for available BIOS updates and apply them if present.

It's still there. I don't experience those stutters or delays you mentioned. The performance isn't perfectly smooth even though it claims 165 fps. During a recent stream of Apex, my frame rate dropped to around 140 to 160 fps, and the 99% FPS figure in the overlay was significantly lower than expected. I've attached some screenshots from HWinfo for reference. Avoid confusing average scores—your recent session ended, so the numbers have already changed.

The information hasn't changed since the last update. It appears the same issues persist after restarting and moving the mouse around. The problem might be related to your mouse itself, even though you've turned off acceleration.

The issue hasn't been resolved yet. Reducing the frame rate helps, though minor stutters remain... All drivers are current. G-Sync is active.
