I noticed that as well, and the peaks seem okay. If possible, make sure to verify your airflow, CPU block mounting, and fan settings.
A short synthetic test offers basic insight; for accurate steady-state temperature readings under load, aim for at least 30 minutes.

I realized the issue and decided against auto-overclocking my CPU. I was interested in trying undervolting but feel completely new to the process and unsure where to start. My case should provide good airflow with a Corsair 5000d Airflow unit—three front 120mm fans, a 360 AIO, and a single 140mm fan at the rear. It’s possible my CPU mount isn’t properly seated, but I don’t have any extra thermal paste to replace right now.
