HWMonitor shows the data you referenced. CPU-Z indicates an i5, but it seems to be showing an i7 instead.

I need to rely on cpu-z for competitive benchmarking to submit valid results. Some challenges exist with cpuz and older hardware such as socket A—cpuz 1.59 may read the chip properly, while newer versions don’t. Could be a software issue; problems will occur occasionally. Hope developers gather the necessary data to resolve these issues. If no one reports, they won’t fix them.
