You've recently acquired an AIO (Deepcool 240 RGB) and haven't been overly impressed yet. The CPU temperature spikes to 50-60°C during idle tasks, then fans kick in bringing it down to 45°C within about 8 seconds. The afterburner graph appears inconsistent. Could you clarify if the fan speed changes are noticeable or if there are any unusual noises?

Did you upload it yourself? The high voltages seem to be the issue, but double-check that your cooler was installed properly.

Reapply thermal paste, your 3900x is expected to be hotter than yours and mine, currently at 35°C with a Noctua NH-D15 air cooler. Also verify voltages using Ryzen Master or CPU-Z—avoid other tools as AMD tends to act oddly with them.

Reapply thermal paste, your 3900x is expected to be hotter than yours and mine, currently at 35°C with a Noctua NH-D15 air cooler. Also verify voltages using Ryzen Master or CPU-Z—avoid other tools as AMD tends to act oddly with them.

Ryzen master seems like a joke, and CPU-Z doesn’t do much. HWInfo64 is currently the top monitoring tool. What do you mean by "acts oddly"?

Updated the BIOS without any real purpose, just in case it helped. Used the pre-applied thermal paste since I have a tube left. Considered reinstalling the AIO but wasn’t sure what else to try. Ran a virus scan and everything looks fine—temperature is 65°C and fans are running high.

4. Defective cooling unit. Sometimes manufacturers introduce flaws that impact thermal management.

Yes, you can verify if the pump functions by checking whether the RGB light is active. It seems it operates well, likely due to the rapid temperature changes.

RGB doesn't indicate a functioning pump. It could be an unusual pump curve that activates only when the CPU heats up. I haven't used a deepcool AIO, but most systems offer software to monitor pump RPM. HWinfo displays the pump speed of my AIO, for instance.
