Yeah, sorry I've been really busy this week. I figured if I turned on my gaming PC, I wouldn't finish my chemistry homework. I'm going to set a reminder to send you a picture this weekend. No worries at all. Sometimes talking through ideas with others helps and can lead to solutions. Good luck, and I hope the new cooler works well for you.

It makes sense, no rush. You've guided me well, narrowing down options and gaining some insights. The new cooler really helped too. 45C idle matches what worked before, just with a smoother experience. Running Cinebench multi-core with the -20 curve and Core Performance Boost gave solid results—under 82.5°C with stable core clocks around 4.85/4.95. The single-core test hit 5.55GHz/53C and scored 1974 in two runs. It might have been even higher if I hadn't placed the fans in the middle and back, thanks to Dominator Titanium and running at 4800MT/s instead of 6000. Now that it's working, it's a relief. I really dislike air cooling; Corsair does its thing and will handle the issue. Case is closed—thanks again, ZROCK!
