I am encountering issues in games where my frame rates are low, despite my GPU not exhibiting increased usage. This is particularly evident in Warzone, where frames drop to 90 FPS with only 70% GPU utilization. This phenomenon persists across multiple games, indicating a system-wide problem rather than a game-specific one. My Nvidia control panel, Windows power plan, and in-game settings are all configured for optimal performance. I am playing at 1080p resolution. My system specifications are: Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2070 Super, 16gb Gskill 3000 mhz ram, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500gb m.2 ssd.

What are the CPU and GPU temperatures and usage while playing the game? What is the RAM, SSD, and HDD usage during gameplay?

MSI Afterburner doesn't appear to display SSD usage, but I observed varying levels of SSD activity between 2% and 30% while playing Warzone on a separate display monitored via Task Manager. High GPU usage occurs primarily during initial game cutscenes, not throughout gameplay.

I am experiencing a comparable problem with my system. While it performs adequately, I anticipate better performance. My CPU and GPU usage consistently sits between 60 and 70 percent, while maintaining a frame rate of 90 to 100 frames per second in Borderlands Frontier Velocity.
