It probably isn't worth it. The jump from 3200 to 3600 isn't huge. Using four sticks instead of quad channel could offer some benefit if your current modules are single rank. Having two ranks per channel can boost performance beyond speed alone. This only really counts if you have something that's extremely memory-heavy. With the CPU and 3200 RAM already, it's better to save for a later upgrade.
Four 10700K DIMMs remain dual-channel, offering two per channel. There could be a slight performance boost, but it's minimal—just a few digits. It wouldn't justify the expense or the work involved.
After a bit of work, it's possible to upgrade your RAM to DDR4-3600 or faster.

Don't waste time. Allocate your funds to DDR5 and a system upgrade.
