Hey there, I’m still trying to figure this out. My PC setup looks like this: an Intel i7 3770 at 3.40GHz, 8GB RAM with Hyper X DDR3, an RX 480 8GB NVMe card, a Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1, and Corsair CX650M (just got it). The monitor is a GAMMA HDR 7870 with 2GB RAM. Everything started after I swapped the GPU and monitor—turns out that was the issue. It’s a Samsung CF24F390 with 60Hz freeSync (72Hz when freeSync is active). I’m seeing over 100 FPS in Battlefield 4, but there’s serious microstutter and screen tearing everywhere. On Battlefield 1 it’s between 60 and 90-100 FPS, but it’s not playable. Some games are worse than others; occasionally with VSync it works a bit better, though even then it’s rough. Wildlands is the worst—I can only hit around 70 FPS. I’ve tried various drivers, updated refresh rates, changed settings, and even used Rivatunner without success. Windows mode, low refresh rates, different profiles—nothing helps. I’m really hoping someone can help me out before I have to replace the GPU or monitor. Thanks for your time!
