Struggling to determine if the issue is age-related vision changes or a system problem. The game maintains 60 fps, but frame rates drop to 45 or lower at times. This inconsistency makes it hard to assess whether performance issues stem from the graphics card, motherboard, or software. Checking for other signs of hardware strain could help clarify the situation.

The game might appear to run smoothly at 60fps when in window mode, but with a very low resolution setting. It seems to function normally in terms of speed.

Your display specifications are as follows: monitor resolution and refresh rate. Windows settings should already align these with your screen's capabilities.

Your refresh rate isn't automatically adjusted for your monitor in Windows. You'll need to change it manually to match your display settings. If you haven't done this before, it's likely still at 60Hz.

Vsync is turned off or on, and does the game include a frame limit? Many titles aim for a specific frames per second for smoother performance. I’m new to Tekken 7 but don’t expect issues like tearing or overheating. You’re using a second monitor to check system details during gameplay.

Did you verify how reducing the window size influences the perception of game speed?

Apologies for the delayed reply. No VSync or frame cap, just stuck at 60 from the game. It doesn’t always feel like a smooth 60. The thermals are usually under 75, though the CPU can spike to 80.
