I've been having trouble solving this issue for a long time, and it's affecting my gaming experience so much that I'm willing to pay for a fix.
I mainly play Apex Legends and currently have 144+ fps on a 144 Hz monitor. The problem arises when viewing buildings or areas where the GPU has to render things—my aim feels sluggish, and the motion becomes choppy when moving the mouse. When checking the sky or empty spaces inside buildings, it feels smooth and responsive, which boosts my sensitivity. This issue makes aiming at opponents nearly impossible, especially as a competitive player.
I tried locking my FPS at 144 and using MSI Afterburner to monitor FPS and frame time with graphs and text. The stability improved, but I still had no clear solution.
Later, I upgraded my PC and tried various settings, but the problem persists across all games.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions—I’d be happy to try them out.

Do you keep the frame rate steady near 144fps, or does it reach its maximum possible value? When I allowed the frame rate to go higher, I experienced noticeable stuttering until I adjusted the GPU settings.
