Gtx 970 I7 4690k with 26 GB RAM, upgraded from 4690k and 8 GB RAM to check for improvements. It didn’t help. Issues occur in Diablo 3, Code Cold War, Rust, Tekken 7, and Path of Exile. Graphics settings don’t resolve the problem—it seems stuck in a loop. Need assistance!

Checked RAM specifications, ran memory tests, monitored CPU/GPU temperatures and usage while playing, identified PSU make and model, and confirmed HDD or SSD configuration.

switched out the RAM, previously mixed but now it's the same brand 16 GB. I haven't done any memory tests. The CPU/GPU temps are around 60-70°C. Using an SSD.
