You can install MSI Afterburner or similar tools to check your RAM speed settings. If they're not sufficient, you can attempt to boost the memory performance.

Is this a solid plan (including warranty details)? I'm worried about overclocking my PC, especially since it's fairly new and seems to be losing performance.

Do you have several programs running? It seems the RAM is almost full—your regular system memory, plus the GPU memory (since you’re streaming in 4K). According to MSI Afterburner, the RAM operates smoothly at the correct speed; you’ll need to double the MHz in Afterburner just like you do with your DDR.

Chrome is consuming a lot of memory, likely due to the open tabs. Steam and Battlefield 1 are also running, possibly adding to the load.

still it shouldnt use all of your ram. can you maybe post a picture of your memory useage/ just post a pic of taskmanager, processes and sort it on memory high-to-low
