Checked some benchmarks on my new setup. Scores aren’t great, but they’re still below average. I’ve turned on XMP for the 3600mhz C18 with 16GB RAM, used PBO with a boost clock of 150mhz, and set the GPU boost to 1790mhz. Cinebench r20 came in at 8300, Time Spy 1440p scored 18011, CPU 11997, GPU 19759. Compared to similar systems, average Cinebench for 5900x is around 8400 and Time Spy 1440p averages 18225. Since my temps are under 70°C on both hardware, I’m not sure what else to try. The cooling setup looks solid—AIO for CPU, Gigabyte Gaming OC air cooler for GPU.

Increase your GPU overclocking in MSI Afterburner to its maximum until instability appears. Guides are available on YouTube for CPU tuning using PBO and Curve Optimizer. Keep daily stress at under 1.45V if you're running a 7nm Ryzen processor.
Offers easier access to higher frequencies using less voltage, but requires careful manual adjustment—avoid this if you prefer not to experiment extensively.
I looked into your BIOS settings and saw that the Curve Optimizer isn’t enabled. That usually means you won’t be able to use PBO 2 without updating it. You might need to upgrade your BIOS to unlock those features.
Examine more closely, perhaps activate advanced options in the PBO section, or let me capture an image of your PBO configuration in the BIOS.
It's already activated and configured for advanced settings. Did you think the Curve Optimizer option was part of the PBO menu?
The BIOS version was F30, and it lacked a resizable bar feature, which meant an upgrade was necessary.
