I own a Ryzen 7 2700 ROG STRIX 2070 A8G 2x8 Trident Z rgb 3000, ROG STRIX B450F Gaming Motherboard, 1 Seagate HHD, and 240 Inland SSD. During gameplay with titles such as GTA 5, I typically achieve 50-70 FPS, occasionally dropping to the 30s. All drivers are up-to-date, with memory clocked at 3000. When using CAM overlay, temperatures would show around 50°C for both CPU and GPU, with usage between 30-60%. The GPU speed would range from 1400-1900, while RAM remains steady at about 1600, despite being clocked at 3200 on Ryzen Master. Most videos I view are from Russians with similar builds, and they mostly report around 1 or 2 results matching my setup. In CSGO and League, running at ultra settings usually gives 100-200 FPS, though sometimes it drops to double digits. Checking sites like gpucheck.com shows my FPS averages are only about 10 to 200 points apart from others on similar games. It seems there might be an issue with the CPU, possibly a faulty unit, or I’m missing a simple fix. Note: Other titles like Apex and PUBG give me around 90-100 at ultra, and in League of Legends, after turning on MSI afterburner or CAM, performance drops from 144 to 80.

Does your motherboard's BIOS reflect the latest version, and are any of your parts being overclocked? What graphics settings are you using?

Yes, I updated the B450F to version 2406 with a resolution of 1920x1080. Even when switching to 800x600 in GTA V, the FPS remained unchanged.
