High-end pc with decent frames experiences random frame drops and very slow performance in Fortnite
I believe the issue might be related to the hard drive since my CPU and GPU temperatures are normal, my drivers are current, and my specifications are as follows: gpu GTX 1070, cpu Ryzen 5 2600, ram 8 gb DDR4.
What is the RAM usage? CPU and GPU temperatures and activity while playing? Storage type—SSD or HDD? PSU make and model?
It's an HDD. CPU usage is around 24%, GPU usage about 40%. Both CPU and GPU temperatures are near 40°C. RAM is using roughly 25%, and the PSU output is a modular 650.
