Hey Guys sorry for the late reply been busy! Also thank you to everyone for your help so far ! I have discovered that my XMP mode in Bios was disabled and is now set to profile 1, which has gave me a fps boost but is still fluctuating alot. So i have ordered 16gb 3200Mhz Ram and I will be putting into the system tomos (Monday 16th) to test the ram theory that
WildCard999
Came up with !
In the mean time any other advice is appreciated I will update when testing the new ram tomos !
Cheers !

You may want to update the motherboard BIOS as well since that usually comes with fixes for memory compatibility/stability.

It usually does revert some settings back to stock but is easy enough to re-enable.

That's rather high. More so if that's an idle reading. You should look at your cooling. If your cpu is thermal throttling that could be another issue.
