I encountered an issue with my new PC. When playing CS:GO, the graphics card hits maximum usage while the CPU stays around 20-25%. All power supplies are connected properly, RAM performance is normal, and priority is set high. Even at low settings, the problem persists. During intense moments like smoke effects or explosions, FPS drops drastically from 250-300 to just 80-100. In deathmatch on Dust 2, mid-game FPS plummets to 100. I've tried various launch commands, added more RAM, and prioritized CS:GO in the process, but nothing helps. Notably, my previous RTX 3060 had the same issue before, so I upgraded to a new one without temperature concerns. This is frustrating with all those specs.

Open the Nvidia Overlay by pressing Alt + Z. Navigate to Settings and choose the HUD Overlay. Adjust Performance and enable Advanced settings. Exit the overlay. Play a game with bots, then press Alt + R to access the performance overlay. When problems arise, take a screenshot. Using a game with bots helps isolate network-related issues since the Source engine can behave unpredictably under those conditions.

That's unusual. If I had to propose something, it would be the PCIe port. Or a power supply unit for the GPU. Those seem like solid options. I'm leaving out software since the GPU has been replaced and there aren't many other factors at play.
