The CPU must work well immediately after installation due to AM5, as no updates exist for it at the moment. It might freeze during memory tasks or fail to detect the memory correctly.

I believe the speed is too high for Ryzen. Many users typically choose 6000 for AM5.

You probably have to reset the BIOS. B650 models came with 7950x3d support only after 7D75v14. Use the BIOS flashback to upgrade to a compatible version. The initial boot always follows JDEC standards, so focus on RAM speed isn't important right now.
