Did you really skim my message? I just mentioned focusing first on resolution, then settings, and finally refreshing—keeping in mind that a refresh rate of at least 40 takes precedence over graphics presets. I understand what this discussion is about, thank you.

It's obvious 25 is definitely greater than 40. I've already covered all this in my initial comment here.

If the game crashes or gets too intense, I skip it right away. It stays in my collection until I decide to play again... it won’t move much. Just me and the files, no rush.

It seems there was some mix-up between frame rate and refresh rate. Take a deep breath and relax—life’s better when you stay calm. Consider applying thermal paste to water cooling hoses.
