You should be able to stream 1080p at 60fps on Twitch, Facebook, and YouTube with your setup. The I7-2600G has decent performance for gaming, but 1080p 60fps might require a stable internet connection and possibly a higher-end GPU or better network speed.

They won’t be able to manage much of what you need. The CPU is too slow and the GPU is outdated. Consider a Ryzen 3600 or higher for the CPU, and plan to upgrade the GPU later. If you have the necessary internet speed and bandwidth, it should work.

Likely not...you might succeed with 720 or possibly 1080 at 30 frames per second

As mentioned, the hardware doesn't handle 1080p60 streaming well, especially for games like LoL. However, 720p30 or even 720p60 could work if your upload quality is sufficient.
