I'm having a bad time running on COD warzone the FPS is around 40-50 frames.
So i open up MSI Afterburn and HWinfo to see what's going on.
What I've found is the,
CPU usage at 100% ,temperature around 50-60
GPU usage around 10-20 % also
I've noticed that CPU running on low frequency 0.79 Ghz all core on task manager
My spec is
I7-10700
RX 5700XT
Ram 16 gb 3200
is anyone know how to fix this problem?
something wrong with my hardware or software?
Any help, i'd be appreciated.
Thank you all!

I've also experimented with other games. Everything appears to work fine.
I'm running the RX 5700 XT with driver version 20.4.2.

They mentioned the latest bios are causing issues, so I'm holding off.
I've updated the chipset driver, but it seems like I'll have to wait.

Can I execute a userbenchmark test and provide the public link to the outcomes? I'm concerned this problem isn't limited to just one game since the software doesn't manage CPU frequency settings.

Hi, I can help with that. Setting a manual clock multiplier in BIOS, like 36x100MHz, will lock the clock speed to 3.6GHz and allow testing. The 0.79GHz mentioned is likely the effective clock speed after accounting for the multiplier.
