I’m experiencing an issue whenever I launch Valorant – my CPU immediately spikes to 100%. Are there any solutions you can suggest? My system specs are: Intel Core i5-6400 at 2.70GHz, an MSI GeForce GTX 1060 with 3GB of VRAM, and a motherboard H110M Pro-VH PLUS along with 16GB of Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR4 memory.

Try reducing your settings, and be sure to close any other applications that might be running in the background.

I’m having trouble hearing my friends on Discord, and it feels like they aren't really listening to me either.

If you want to improve your computer’s performance, it can help to lower the frames per second (FPS) you're seeing. For example, if your screen usually shows 60 to 80 frames per second, try dropping it down to 50. Keep in mind that older processors with four cores and threads—like the Intel Core i3-6400—aren’t particularly powerful, and that can make a difference.

Do you notice if your computer is working really hard when you’re not even playing Valorant? It seems to push the processor to its absolute limit, given how demanding that game is.
