Hello, just completed setting up my new system: 5950x Gigabyte Aorus Pro V2 with the newest BIOS F11 Arctic liquid freezer 360 AIO Rev 3. I’m using a Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC and my temperatures are stable at 35°C in BIOS mode but jump to 70-80°C once I boot Windows. The latest chipset drivers didn’t resolve the issue. I also adjusted the boot order to skip the OS drive, but the no-boot manager warning still appears. Even with that warning shown, fans crank up to 100% and temps climb. I’ve verified the cooler installation and applied thermal paste across the entire heatspreader, yet the cooler seems fine. I’m confident my assembly was correct. What should I do next? Is there a problem with the BIOS version? As I mentioned, leaving BIOS open causes fans to reach maximum speed quickly. The AIO water pump is working well—there’s a bubbling sound right after powering on for the first time, and all fans are active. Please assist me. Thank you, Hawallan.
Consider using Cinebench or other benchmark tools to evaluate performance. Monitor temperatures and clock speeds. It's worth noting that the Rev3 model of the AIO may have issues due to subpar mounting hardware for AMD, so verify proper installation or consult Arctic about older models' compatibility.
I’ve verified the clock speeds are within the normal range (3.5 to 4.5 ghz). However, I don’t want to keep the computer running for extended periods to prevent CPU damage. The mounting hardware looks good—everything is assembled correctly. I changed the BIOS setting to F10 but didn’t see any changes. Could you assist me?
