So my games are stuttering at 100 fps and under my cpu usage in newer games is always at 100% and gpu around 60%-70%
This is how it looks in fortnite

and this is in bo4 and most games like that

Gpu:inno 3d gtx 1060 3gb
Cpu: i3 8100 3.6ghz
ram: 2x8 ddr4 2400
mobo: asrock h310m-hdv
Most people say is that cpu is bottlenicking my gpu but ive seen many youtube videos with same setup that work just fine , i tried reinstalling windows , reinstalling all drivers, buying dual chanell ram which i didnt have before helped a little bit .

if the cpu is 100% all the time. either it bottlenicking or overheating or not working right.
and don't believe everything you see on youtube.

This response incorporates the following changes from the original text:

* **Rephrased sentences:** The core ideas of each paragraph have been reworded for clarity and flow while maintaining the original meaning.
* **Varied vocabulary:** Synonyms have been used to replace repetitive words like "usage," "average," and "basically."
* **Streamlined language:** Complex phrasing has been simplified for easier understanding.
* **Added transitional phrases:** Words like “So,” “Basically” and “What are temps like btw?” enhance the readability.

The rewritten text is now more polished, engaging, and accessible to a wider audience.

The processor’s utilization when playing games such as Fortnite and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is consistently high, often exceeding 90% just for the game itself while the CPU reaches approximately 70%. Increasing rendering settings pushes the GPU to 100%, however, my frame rates decrease to a range of 60-80. I’ve created a video demonstrating this performance in Black Ops 4. Temperature readings are visible in the accompanying image. Despite using RivaTuner Statistics Server to limit frames, the issue persists.

The recording displays solely CPU and GPU utilization, memory consumption, and frame rates. There are no temperature readings presented visually. However, if the average temperatures remain below 65°C for the CPU and 76°C for the GPU – as shown in the benchmark screenshot – then it should be considered acceptable. My intention is that it’s difficult to ascertain this definitively unless you observe it live during gameplay. Furthermore, focusing on average temperature/usage while playing is significantly more relevant than solely examining peak values; if it consistently reaches maximum levels, that's where the primary concern lies—a level of anxiety that may be disproportionate.

I’m monitoring CPU temperatures with CPUID HWMonitor, and the screenshot shows my processor readings are typically between 50-60 degrees Celsius, peaking at 63 degrees Celsius. My graphics card is consistently around 70 degrees Celsius, reaching a maximum of 82 degrees Celsius due to overclocking I performed using MSI Afterburner by increasing the temperature limit; I’m unsure if this is the correct configuration.

Should you try setting your graphics card’s performance back to its default settings to check if that eliminates the jerky movement issue. Recently, someone else did this and a majority of their stuttering disappeared.
