I've got a similar issue with my Lian Li Galahad 360 AIO on a Ryzen 5 3600. The radiator is mounted at the top, so the pump sits at the lowest part of the loop. I initially thought the thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut) might be wearing out, so I replaced it and it cooled down noticeably—about 20°C lower. After reapplying the old OC, it worked well for a while. Then it started getting hot again, became unstable, and even caused the PC to shut down during vibrations or when hitting the table. I fixed it by re-seating the CPU, which resolved the problem. Now temperatures are back up to around 20°C cooler, and the vibration issue disappeared. The stock temperature reached about 85°C. Anyone else had a similar experience? Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you attempted simply turning it off and then restarting? I think there might be a chance the fans (which are easy to swap) or the pump (the whole AIO needs replacing) could be back online after shutting it down. Check the interior when it gets hot—see if any fans are stopped and if the pump sounds odd or silent. Either way, you’ll likely need to replace something, but you might avoid costs by digging deeper.
