Created a fresh setup with 13900KF and Windows 11 Pro, achieving rapid 2 to 100% usage. Any suggestions?

I'm gathering details about the current situation. Could you clarify what actions are being taken? Was everything set up correctly initially or is this a new development? Please share the complete specifications of your system.

Staying idle is what worries me. From the beginning, I just assembled it last night. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MdNcLs

Here are some alternative phrasings of your message:

- Have you checked the task manager to ensure no background processes are active? A Windows update might also be responsible.
- It could simply be Task Manager displaying high usage inaccurately, which happens occasionally. Try downloading HWInfo64 to compare its readings.
- If utilization reaches 100%, are there any other unusual system symptoms you've observed, such as lag or performance drops?

It was either using Windows Search or Dropbox. I stopped using Dropbox, which helped with some problems. I also tried it. Unfortunately, it reported 183% Core Utility. No, it just sounded like a jet engine.

It looks like the updates and temperatures seem typical. The system is running smoothly.

There seems to be an issue with your cooler. Make sure the pump is operating, and if it is, reattach the cooler properly—it might not be forming a good connection.
