Cinebench R20 isn't a tough benchmark. Performance may drop to -75 mV for stability.

I wasn’t able to try any games because I had to go to work. I’m going to search for something cooler today. My CPU usage dropped, but my GPU temperatures have risen significantly.

Lowering the CPU bottleneck enables the GPU to perform better. Intel CPUs can handle up to 100°C reliably. You don’t have to worry much about CPU heat unless it’s causing throttling and slowing things down. Running at lower voltage should keep your gaming temperatures within normal range.

Ill try some games tonight and see what happens temp wise and see if it throttles with the reduced voltage. Dead by daylight and siege run fine but cold war gets into the 90's and throttles. I have to get a cooler for this CPU
