I cannot post a screenshot of that page.
You can view the resource monitor memory section directly in your browser.

ok its not a standby memory leak (unlikely) but I'll be very honest for a moment... you have about any bloatware known to man installed on your system, i bet if you add up all those running programs and services you're going to end up with "31 GB".. my first most prioritized recommendation is uninstall Riot Client, its a well known rootkit level anti cheat that's known to cause *many* issues... Imho its impossible to diagnose a system with that kind of malware installed. Edit: however, to be clear this seems normal, especially when looking at all the processes running. So here's my system at idle (1) 21% "doing nothing" ok now "only browser" open (2) "42%" So now if i would open my "phone virtualization software" (which i obviously don't have) we'd probably be at "90%" usage, that's just how windows works, which is why you need to be very mindful what kind of bloatware(s) you're installing... (all manufacturers "control software", discord, edge, spotify, etc, etc... )

Thank you for your message. I understand you're using a phone virtualization tool and want to know why RAM usage remains high even after closing it. It sounds like the software might still be consuming memory resources. Let me know if you'd like further guidance!

Works most of the time. Occasionally I have two or three at once, but usually just one.

It might be a classic memory leak. Please share a screenshot of Tskmngr and the resource monitor when it stops running, so we can see what’s happening.

I haven't used it yet. I'll send the screenshots when it happens again. Thank you!

It's occurring once more. Though the memu instance was closed, the memory reduction was insufficient.

Likely just cached or mapped files, you can verify and remove them using RAMmap.
