i see no mention of a specific motherboard so this tends to mean that it will come with some proprietary generic OEM board from HP.
also no mention of any specific power supply so also probably a proprietary OEM crap model.
never a good idea.
provide a link to this option on the retail site you would be purchasing from

It's preventing me from sending a link, but the PC model is the Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-1000. I updated it with the better graphics card during customisation, as the youtuber who suggested it recommended it.
P.S. The person who recommended it is Just!N Tech.
I don't know much about them, but they looked trustworthy at first and the video mentioned "Best Gaming PC 2023 For Every Budget - August/September Update!"

It's clear they don't understand the context if they suggest a ready-made HP as the top choice for gaming. They also didn't specify where they bought the item, as a link was restricted on Tom's site.

Sorry to say, do not purchase as-is.
The 13400 processor is great.
The 3060 GPU is acceptable too.
However, only 8GB will leave the PC nearly unusable.
At least 2 x 8GB would be ideal.
32GB would be even better.
The 13400 can support a much more powerful graphics card later.
A generic 500W PSU won’t work well for that.
The quality of the PSU is unclear.
A 256GB SSD is poor.
A few games will fill it up, and performance and lifespan will drop once it reaches 90% capacity—at least 1TB.
HP motherboards are proprietary and not built for upgrades.
Consider looking at Lenovo for a solid pre-built PC.
