This issue only began recently, possibly a short time ago. Games that once offered several resolution choices now display only 1920x1080, which matches my monitor's native setting. This change applies only in fullscreen mode, and switching to windowed restored the multiple options. However, this caused the games to become nearly unplayable because of extremely poor performance in windowed mode. I captured two screenshots of a game affected by this problem.

I've attempted several solutions, but none succeeded. I tried adjusting the game's resolution within Geforce Experience, reverting NVIDIA drivers to an older version, and confirming the game's integrity in Steam. If anyone can assist in resolving this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. My PC specifications are:
Dell Inspiron 7556
Intel i5-6300HQ
GeForce GTX 960M 4GB
EDIT: The cause of my problem became clear—I had the "Override Application Scaling" option enabled in my Intel graphics settings. I simply had to turn it off, and everything returned to normal. Since I'm unsure how to delete or lock posts, I'll keep this post for anyone facing similar issues.

Intel graphics options? That seems odd when using a dedicated Nvidia GPU. It might just be a laptop version of a 960, but it still outperforms the CPU's built-in graphics. You should have found something similar in the Nvidia Control Panel ("Adjust screen size and position" tab). At this stage, I'm curious if your system is mistakenly using the CPU's onboard graphics.
