I’m seeking assistance as I just acquired a new computer. My specifications are: Ryzen 5 3400G, RX 580, PRIME A320M-K, and 8GB of 2666MHz single-channel RAM. I’ve run some performance tests, including Cinebench, where my score is 1689, while others achieve scores closer to 1950 – a notable disparity. Furthermore, in certain games I’m attempting to play, my performance isn't meeting my expectations. It might be a rather unusual question, but I’m hoping for some guidance concerning whether this is due to the single-channel memory configuration.

It’s possible your random access memory is causing the issue.
You're currently using 2666MHz single channel RAM, which doesn’t meet the minimum requirement of 3200MHz for Ryzen processors – are you sure about that?
Consider purchasing new RAM if feasible, and let us know the results.

Using only standard memory can substantially diminish speed.

Could your memory be the issue?
Your current RAM operates at 2666MHz with a single channel configuration, which isn’t compatible with Ryzen's minimum requirement of 3200MHz – are you serious?
Consider upgrading your RAM if feasible, and let us know the results.
