Fallout 3 on Windows 10 is a tricky setup. Some users managed to get it to function, while others had to turn off certain features. Neither solution worked for me. If you have any ideas or links that actually help, please share them!

I'll move on to the title screen. Pressing new game will cause a brief loading delay, followed by a black screen with a dialogue box stating "Fallout 3 has stopped working."

Did you complete the full compatibility mode setup in File Explorer? I resolved mine on Windows 8.1 and it functioned properly after switching to Windows 10. I’ll look for the video you shared. EDIT here is the link... the child talks but it works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhJL7UVHXNQ
