I started getting that blue screen a few months ago, always with error code 0x000000d1 which means DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I talked to gigabyte support and they told me to just reset my computer. That didn't help so they said something else is wrong. Since I checked the memory and hard drives but still got strange errors, I'm worried it might be a hardware problem. Just in case though before shipping this laptop to another country, I tried updating graphics drivers and doing several factory resets. Nothing worked at all. The model of my computer is A5 X1.

What operating system are you using? You might want to check if your laptop is due for a BIOS update by checking the version number against what's on Gigabyte's support page. After that, I recommend creating a bootable USB using Windows Media Creation Tools and reinstalling your OS. Also, make sure to install the latest drivers manually with administrator rights, like right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I'm running Windows 11. I looked at my BIOS and it was fine. About the USB thing, I don't know what you're talking about.
