Hey! What's up?
Hey! What's up?
Hey everyone, I'm a new person with a computer. My RAM light is glowing when I turn it off and on again. It won't come back up either. When I start playing my video games, everything crashes right away. Even after running DDU and trying safe mode, the files still won't open or work properly.
Do you want me to add some details like specific parts, model numbers, or other info? That would help me do my job better.
My computer comes from a Motherboard MSI with the Mag B650 Tomahawk model that has Wi-Fi and uses socket AM5. It also has an AMD B650 ATX board, DDR5 RAM with Wi-Fi 6E, and it's all black. The CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor, the GPU is a GeForce RTX 4070, the RAM is CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB at 64GB (two sticks of 32GB), DDR5 running at 6400MHz C32 UDIMM for desktop use. It's all black too.
It needs a drive (how big it is) and a power supply unit. And lots of stuff like that. We basically need everything to run properly.
Power supply is a RMx Shift Series model called RM850x. It supports drives like the Samsung SSD 990 Pro for local use, or also works with a 560GB drive while using one that has been used before. The system currently has about 370GB of free space left over.
Patience is key. But you'll need to share a lot more details in this conversation. We don't know everything about you just by reading things.
Here is a breakdown of the specs:
- PSU model: RM x Shift Series RM850x (the power supply for the drive).
- Drive type: Fully-modular ATX Power Supply Drives.
- Storage: Samsung SSD 990 Pro 1TB and 560GB drives.
- Used condition: Both drives had some parts used, but there is still space left on them. Specifically, one drive has 370GB of free storage remaining after using up the capacity of the 1TB model.
