I am going to buy a Windows license for my PC right now. But here is something important: I do not know what is happening today with Windows 11 and how difficult it is when computers are involved ( I was reading about this back when Windows 11 came out). I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2400G which the health check app says does not work. However, I already know that Windows 11 can run on so-called "unsupported" hardware, only thing I want to ask is: How well will it run? Will I get updates or not? Or should I buy a Windows 10 license instead?

Do you have a new computer coming out of the box with this processor? If no, what machine are you currently using? Make sure you own an official Windows 10 key. You may buy one for upgrade to 11 at a later time without paying extra fees.

You don't need a brand new computer because your current hardware is already old enough for Windows 11. But, since you bought a fake license instead of a real one, it has stopped working on your machine at maximum efficiency. If I buy a fresh copy and later switch to a better CPU, will the system stay up-to-date?

You just need a good copy of Windows 10 right now. Later, if you buy a new computer with the right processor, your system might ask for a better version at no extra cost.

I don't know what kind of stuff your PC has or the operating system it runs on. But when I turn on my machine in Windows 10 Pro, a warning pops up saying I can't upgrade to Windows 11 and that means I'll have to buy a brand new laptop or desktop. No thanks.
