It's kind of sad because the company doesn't seem to care much about being green. It makes me feel like they want people to throw out their old thing rather than fixing or recycling it properly.

Sad maybe? But how much money should people spend on old computers that are still working fine but can't handle modern apps anymore? I have a laptop like this one, it's slightly older. It was my first Win 10 test machine. It had 2GB of RAM and a Celeron processor from the mid-2000s. That computer ran Windows 10 okay at the time but today it is really not good for anything else. Here are some comments about this old system: "Discussion - What's the oldest and/or cheesiest system you have Win 10 installed on?" Mine is a 2009 Toshiba Satellite L305-S5955 with a Celeron 900 running at 2.2GHz, using 2GB of RAM and a 250GB hard drive instead of the original smaller one. It's currently running version 1903 of Windows 10 (Build 18362.295). I can check the specs here or on that forum post: https://www.cnet.com/products/toshiba-sa...955/specs/...
