Threres apparently a WINRAR Bug... If you put the file in to an archive and then open it from there... then there will be no Administartor information (or however its called) and you will open the file directly with no veryfication! This happend to me ^^ Now a russian dude stole me CS:GO items that are worth arround 50 Euros Shit but i dont care! (well i lost 50 Euros) Because i allready Fromatted my SSD and Installed Windows again so everything should be save again :3 (+ All Passwords are now changed)

You can't. A virus in a jpg wouldn't actually execute. You'd get a bigger image, but it wouldn't harm your computer. Viruses only cause problems when they run. Their goal is to execute code the developer wrote.
