I purchased a new SSD and now need to move my Windows files from an HDD to the SSD. Can you assist? Also, I can’t reach the Start Menu button—please help. The Task Manager won’t open either. —Anako14

Start with fresh installations for optimal results. Transfer necessary backup images and information from the HDD to the cloud or USB drive, then clear the device. After that, set up Windows on the SSD and transfer your files.

Do you require the Windows setup disc since you misplaced it?
The Windows icon should now appear in the app bar, but it isn’t opening properly.
