I bought this gaming laptop about a month ago and it has been working really well. But after downloading and playing a big AAA game, my screen shows around 20 frames per second in all games. When I first played the game with high settings, everything worked fine without any FPS drops until the computer got too hot. The next day, even though the game ran the same way before, it dropped to low FPS again. I've tried fixing this many ways already. Could there be permanent damage to my hardware?

Hey there! How hot is it? Just check HWInfo and run Cinebench R23 on your multi-core system to see how warm your CPU gets. If you're hitting 90-95c, that's probably the cause of the stuttering. Let us know what happens.
