It could be... or it might not. Posting a clear, measurable standard like Firestrike with a reference to the outcomes might help. Just pointing out that the approach isn't effective since YouTube doesn't provide useful insights here...

It’s not doing well, but it’s not terrible based on your screenshots. Upgrading to a 2x16GB RAM kit should help a lot. Sorry for the annoyance when people keep comparing their gear on YouTube—it’s not reliable, and that platform isn’t trustworthy. If you really believe in what you see, you might need to consider aliens (lol). In short, get better RAM and make sure it’s listed in the specifications. Also, even though the CPU is decent, the 5500 isn’t a good fit for the 3080, so you’ll likely want to upgrade that soon.
