Hi everyone, I bought Call of Duty MW from 2019 and installed the game, then played it. Suddenly, the campaign freezes when loading. I don't know why this is happening. I tried lowering the resolution, resetting shadows, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the Battle.net app, but nothing worked. It's still stuck on the loading screen for the first mission. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? Also, Multiplayer works fine even with Warzone. Please help about that too! I will drag a photo later so you can see it better. Thanks to everyone.

what is the complete system specification? tell me which brand and specific model of power supply unit (psu) you have.

My PC has an Intel Core i5-2600X, a GeForce RTX 5700 XT with one drive (RX 5700XT), an 860 EVO SSD, a 470-board slot, 16GB of RAM, and a 3200MHz DDR4 memory.

Fix campaign settings! Change streaming, texture quality, and shaders to low. Then turn them back up. The game should be fine now. Check steamcommunity.com
